St. Patrick’s Day Parties in Myrtle Beach
St. Patrick’s Day in Myrtle Beach is one of the most fun times of the year! Parties will be taking place in downtown Myrtle Beach, restaurants and bars will be hosting parties and so much more!
Check out the three top south-end celebrations for St. Patrick’s Day in Myrtle Beach:
2015 Downtown St. Patrick’s Day Celebration: Taking place in downtown Myrtle Beach, just steps from the Boardwalk, is this popular downtown festival. Typically a one-day event, this fest has branched out into two days, making for double the fun! It will run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on March 14 and from noon until 9 p.m. on March 15. This giant party will include a beer garden, live music, food, carnival rides and so much more! Enjoy a green beer and some tasty Irish food with the ocean as the perfect backdrop. Being so close to many Myrtle Beach Boardwalk bars and restaurants makes it easy to pop in and out of different parties. Come out and enjoy a weekend of fun!
6th Annual Irish Fest: Taking place on March 14, Irish Fest at Market Common’s Valor Park is a fun place to party, with easy access to local restaurants like Gordon Biersch and King Street Grille. In its 6th year, this festival will run during the day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. It will feature live bands, Irish eats and a variety of beer. Sip on a 16 oz. Highland Gaelic or enjoy Brooklyn Irish Stout, just to name a few beer options that will be available at this Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s weekend event.
Loco Gecko Beach Shak: If you want to go somewhere you can easily walk to, check out Loco Gecko Beach Shak, just one block over, on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17. Here you can enjoy $5 drink specials and $3 shots of Jameson Whisky! Plus, there will be green chips and salsa on hand and plenty of green drinks including the Shamrock-Rita and the Green Shamrock.
