Kids’ Activities at hotel BLUE
While hotel BLUE is a fun resort for adults, it’s also fun for the kids in the family too!
The Captain’s Quarters building (just a short walk away) offers an array of activities for kids to participate in. From a fire and hula show, to cookouts, to a magic show, Captain’s Quarters Resort is a fun place for kids all summer long!
Daily summer activities also take place at hotel BLUE Monday through Friday. Best of all, most of these daily activities are free! The only ones that have a charge to them are ones that involve supplies like arts and crafts, shirts to dye for and hair wraps.
Each summer day has a different schedule, so kids can enjoy a variety of activities. From pirate boat racing in the lazy river to beach kickball, kids will have the option of participating in just one activity or all of them if they want! Just be sure to sign your child up for the summer activities they want to participate in so that our activities counselors know how many kids to expect. You can do this after you arrive at the activities area on the pool deck.
Throughout the week, a variety of sports take places for kids that like to play team games like pool volleyball, capture the flag, water balloon, dodge ball and touch football!
Other summer activities include sea shell painting, arts and crafts, shark tooth search and family scavenger hunt. Be sure to have your child dress accordingly for activities like arts and crafts so they don’t get paint on their nice clothes or swim suit.
All the hotel BLUE activities are for children ages 5 and up. If the little ones who are younger want to participate, they are more than welcome to with their mom or dad.
So, start planning your summer vacation at hotel BLUE and get ready for some fun for the whole family!
